As part of our art curriculum, we take one picture and plan a whole weeks curriculum around it. This Spring term it was, "Everything Smells Different When It Rains" by an Ukrainian artist named, Olha Darchuk. It is a beautiful and vibrant piece of art work which the children adored. Each class used it as their inspiration for their cross-curricular lessons; art, science, English and more! World Book Day was a little different this year. As many of our children were home learning, we decided to send in some pictures of us reading in funny places. Even some of the teachers took part! |
