Science
‘... children are active builders of knowledge, little scientists who construct their own theories of the world.'
                                                                           Jean Piaget

Science is a way of thinking, and a way of looking at and understanding the world in which we live. Asking questions, challenging ideas and thinking critically with the support of evidence are all life skills that are learnt and developed through the teaching of science.

Our successfull approach to science results in children having the confidence to think independently and use specific skills and knowledge to raise questions and work scientifically.

Our children will have a passion and understanding for science and its application to allow them to grow well in their present and future world.
